Looking for new oscilloscopes for your lab? You are in the right place! With a wide range of test and measurement products from RND, you will find everything you need to meet your maintenance and measurement requirements.

Oscilloscopes have long been a vital tool for technicians, engineers and hobbyists in various fields. These devices provide valuable insights into the behaviour of electrical signals and are used to detect problems in electrical systems. Thanks to oscilloscopes users can analyse, troubleshoot, and validate electronic circuits with precision.

In this article, we showcase three new additions from RND, now available from Distrelec webshop. In the RND Lab you can find products with advanced features and capabilities. These oscilloscopes are the perfect tools to help you with waveform analysis and signal measurement. Empower your workbench with these new tools and see for yourself.

Top 3 New RND Oscilloscopes

RND is known for offering products that are compliant, outstanding in value, and on which you can rely on, all at reasonable pricing. This new range of digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) includes a more comprehensive RND portfolio filled with an entry price point version and two higher bandwidth (350 MHz and 500MHz) versions. With new levels of specification and performance, these instruments are ideal for all your measurement needs.

RND 360-00008 – Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The first highlighted instrument is the RND 360-00008 DSO. This oscilloscope is perfect for general purpose electronics testing, automotive and industrial applications. With 4 channels and a 500 MHz bandwidth, this enables you to capture fast signals and the 8 bit ADCB gives you excellent resolution.

The standout feature is that this device combines 7 measurement functions in one unit, including: oscilloscope, waveform generator, multimeter, FFT spectrum analyzer, frequency counter, protocol analysis and amplitude-frequency curve analysis.

This oscilloscope has different options to set the trigger/decoding system. Triggers determine when DSO starts to acquire data and display waveforms. Once it is set correctly, the trigger can convert the unstable display to a meaningful waveform. For example, in Pulse Width Trigger Mode it is possible to capture pulse width modulated signals.

Key features:

  • 500 MHz bandwidth
  • Four analogue channels
  • 700 ps rise time
  • 8 bit resolution
  • 5 GS/s sampling rate
  • LAN, USB, VGA interfaces
  • LCD, touch screen display

For more information about this DSO, check the user manual here.

RND 360-00007 – RND Oscilloscope

Similar to the above, but with a 350MHz bandwidth, the RND 360-00007 Oscilloscope from RND is a perfect tool for any application, from general purpose electronics testing to automotive and industrial applications. It can support high-speed digital applications such as USB, LAN, and VGA.

Key features:

  • 350 MHz bandwidth
  • Four analogue channels
  • 5 GS/s sampling rate
  • LCD, touch screen display
  • 1 MOhm input impedance
  • LAN, USB, VGA interfaces

RND 360-00009 – Economical Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The RND 360-00009 oscilloscope is a great entry point into the world of oscilloscopes. It’s a perfect tool for engineering students or hobbyists looking to learn more about electronics and signal analysis. In terms of measuring characteristics, the oscilloscopes provide 30 parameters for auto measurement.

Key features:

  • 50 MHz bandwidth
  • LCD display type
  • Power supply of 100 to 240 V
  • Two analogue channels
  • 500 MSPS sampling rate
  • 1 MOhm input impedance
  • CAT II safety category
