1. What is the best power source for my application?

2. How can I eliminate the EMC disturbances of my power supply?
It is only possible to reduce EMC disturbances but impossible to eliminate them completely.
3. Why does my application not comply with the EMC standard specified in the Traco Power product datasheet?
Because the power supply filters its own disturbances only, based on a purely resistive reference load and a clean LISN.
Since the PSU is only one of many sources of disturbances in a system, any other source (i.e. peripheral circuitry) will influence the result.
