RND Officially Becoming One Single Brand

RND has never been stronger. Now, with all its sub-brands, RND is merging into one. What does it mean for customers, and why is the company doing it? Read on to find out.

What is RND?

RND is Distrelec’s own brand, which provides more than 10,000 high-quality items that are reliable and fulfils the needs of electrical, electronic, and maintenance professionals. RND supplies in-stock, high-quality, and compliant products.

RND’s wide range of products is regularly assessed by its team of experts to help customers take advantage of the newest advances and make sure they have access to essential supplies. These products are used in a variety of applications. Every month, they systematically add new articles to ensure that RND’s selection is up to date.

Therefore, to make purchasing products easier and improve the overall customer journey, the RND sub-branding categories are becoming just one brand.

What sub-brands are merging into one RND brand?

You probably remember the RND sub-branding categories:

  • RND Connect
  • RND Components
  • RND Cable
  • RND Lab
  • RND Power

All of these will disappear, and there will be just one RND brand. You will still be able to find all of the existing products under different RND categories, but now you will see them all in one place.

How are customers going to benefit from the change?

In addition to improved customer experience, the product selection is not going to change, and RND will be available in the Distrelec webshop with all the products from its categories.

RND has found that their customers can now locate certain products more quickly and simply with the new single brand. Customers will no longer have to sort through potentially confusing sub-brands, and it will be easier for them to understand where each product sits in the RND’s overall branding scheme.

Whether you are looking for basic electrical, electronic, or maintenance tools and supplies or you want to find something more specific, the RND product selection will stay the same. Everything is under the same brand now, meaning it will be even easier to find what you are looking for.
